The conversion of the monitor resulted from the 18” screen’s replacement by the 19” as the industry standard. While the 18” screen is still available, it may have longer lead times and support for those customers with the LabMate 2575 will be limited. They will, of course, hold the option to upgrade to the LabMate 2576.

The 19” LCD rack mount flat panel monitor is a light industrial, yet rugged unit designed for versatility. It is made from aircraft grade powder coated machined aluminum. The TrenchMate 2576AE has 1280x1024 resolution, wide viewing angles, VGA and DVI inputs for video signal. Touch screen options include resistive, glass on glass resistive and capacitive, and is available with serial or USB communications. The monitor comes 115/230VAC and optional 24VDC. Military upgrades are available, as well.

The newly sized display will join both the LabMate 4700 Series of PCs and the LabMate 2700 Series of monitors, which now offer 15”, 19”, 20.1” and 22” displays. It comes equipped with edge-lit backlighting which makes for a thinner screen with lower power consumption and has a resolution of 1680x1050. The increase in display size selection resulted from D3’s desire to offer a screen compliant with new widescreen industrial software.

The new website remains at the same web address of www.d3inc.net, but has been renovated and upgraded to be more informative, easier to navigate and more userfriendly. Some of its new features include a search bar and D3’s latest news and updates. Visitors can also signup for D3’s newsletter, view videos, and find D3 on Facebook and Twitter.
