Daisy Data Displays, Inc. (D3) specializes in ruggedized computers and a variety of accessories to accompany them, such as industrial monitors, purge controls and more. D3 offers a wide array of industrial displays for a variety of environmental ratings including NEMA 1, NEMA 4X, Class I, II, and III, Division 1 and 2. Many D3 displays are FM & cFM and ATEX approved to comply with the specific standards of the explicit standards of the pharmaceutical, process control, oil and gas, military and flight simulation industries.
For a Class I, Division 1 environment customers can choose either an X-purged or Y-purged displays, depending on the specific application or budget. These models come with a keyboard and pointing device, keypad or solely as a monitor.
Displays are available in 15”, 19”, 20.1” and 22” displays sizes with resolutions of 1024x768, 1280x1024 and 1650x1080. The majority of industrial displays are stainless steel, though we do have some available in cold rolled steel, cast aluminum, as well as aircraft grade aluminum. The LCD flat panel technology of many of our displays reduces power consumptions, heat generation and space requirements for operator interface. Often displays feature On Screen Display (OSD) for contrast, color balance, and other adjustments.
D3 offers extensive options for our displays so each unit is customized to meet your specific demands. Options include safety glass, resistive, capacitive and glass-on-glass touch screens, sunlight readable display, optical filter compatible with night vision goggles (NVG), NEMA 4 X vortex cabinet cooler, thermo electric heater, 24VDC power operation, keyed locks for added security. Model options include desktop, rack mount or panel mount, as well as several mounting options such as wall mount brackets, NEMA 4X 42” floor mount pedestal, swivel top optional, or an articulating swing arm which can be mounted either on a 73” post or on the wall.
The use of D3 displays often requires a keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) extender. D3 carries a number of KVM extender models including a fiber optic model that allows up to 33,000 feet between your monitor and remote PC.
Each D3 solution is custom configured for every order to include your specific options and accessories. While we offer over a dozen standard display models, D3 will work with you to custom design our products to fit your exact needs.
