Both our elastomer series and our membrane series of keyboards are housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure. They are available with either PS/2 or USB connections. Desktop or panel mount designs are available, and a built-in static shield prevents lock-ups caused by RF noise. Both models come with or without variety of integrated pointing devices to fit your preference and applications. Pointing device options include TuffPoint pad and microjoystick. Membrane models are available with a trackball, as well.
Options for both membrane and elastomer models include sealed Lemo connector which maintains NEMA 4X rating when plugged or unplugged (non-intrinsically safe models only), FM approved Class I & II, Division 1 & 2, Group A-G intrinsically safe models, and video/keyboard/pointer extenders to give you the ability to locate your desktop PC up to 33,000 feet away from the monitor and input device.
Our OEM keyboards are available in both membrane and elastomer design. Model options include 60-key membrane design with tactile feedback, 109-key membrane design with embossed key borders, and 109-key elastomer design with full travel keys. OEM keyboards also have the built-in static shield to prevent lockups due to RF noise. Options include sealed LEMO connector for cabled connections in NEMA areas to maintain the unit’s rating, FM approved Class I & II, Division 1 & 2, Group A-G intrinsically safe models.
All of our keyboards are compatible with all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and network computers. Membrane and elastomer keyboards are impervious to many industrial solvents.
